As per the Nidhi Companies Rules, Nidhi Companies shall have atleast 200 members within one year of incorporation. Nidhi Company shall file NDH 1 within 90 days from closure of financial year. and for extension of filing of return application shall be made to RD in NDH 2 who within 30 days of receipt of application may grant extension and Half yearly return shall be filed within 30 days from conclusion of half year in NDH 3
