I want to purchase all the 80% share NBFC Limited Company which is not Listed? after/ before the purchase of share, which type of compliance with RBI.

On Which Condition RBI Cancelled the NBFI Certificate of Company if any type of Notification in this matter pls provide it?

18 April 2012 If you want to purchase all the 80% Share, then it means you have loads of money.

Then, you better hire a very-very-famous CA in your city for this rather than asking to small people like us.
