whether there is condition to maintain Rs.1 crore if One chooses the word "INDUSTRIES "in her proposed company name

No there is no such condition nowhere mentioned in the name clause of Companies act.

Sir but I asked my friend who is ACS says that Rs. 1 Crore is required as paid up capital

Dear i don't think there is such condition exist.Please refer the new companies act,2013.I am sending you the link http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/CompaniesAct2013.pdf.Ask your friend to provide some circular or notification to justify this and please do update here also so that even we can update ourselves.
