26 May 2012 My client wants to set up a winery/trading in wines and bottling thereof in the proposed name as
BONNE SANTE WINES PVT LTD.

In the MCA database, there exists name similar as under:
BONNE SANTE PHARMA PVT LTD
BONNE SANTE THERAPEUTICS (INDIA) Pvt LTD

Will my client get the desired proposed name.

The objects of both the companies i.e the existing company and the second one which is desired by your client are same, so accoring to me mca do not give you the same name.
