One of my client wants to incorporate a Pvt. ltd company with starting word of Global.

Now my query is that whether Authorised capital will be Rs. 1 lacs or 1 Cr. ?

Please suggests.

27 May 2013 now there is no restriction on the basis of Authorise capital.

you can add any word on 1 lac capital.

the mca has issued the following circular and now there is no limit of authorised capital.

so all previous circulars will be replaced and circular provided in Your reply is the only rule..

i have not seen any rule regarding this special names so we can say that no limit on authorised capital
