My supplier has not filed his gst return from april-18

05 October 2018 dear experts

one of my supplier has not filed his gstr-3b & gstr-1 since april-18.

he has issued us tax invoice & we have claim input on that basis.

we asked him to file return & deposited tax then he said he will do soon.

what should i do now.?

please help

06 October 2018 If he will file then no problem. Wait and Watch continuously Your supplier for filing his return.

06 October 2018 but in case if he refused to file return then is there any problem for me, i have a tax invoice in original issued by him & on that basis i have avail input.

06 October 2018 Yeah...
as per GST the supplier can't file his GSTRs and Can't pay GST then Buyer is not eligible for claim ITC...

sir then what should i do now.
please help, form financial year 18-19 he is not filing return & he has issued us 7-8 invoices
