My self registered in income tax web site

03 December 2017 my organisation name: shri sai shikshana samsthe (R) haliyal

pan no. aaals4759e it is belongs to local authority
but in registration shows organisation name mismatch with the pan & status how i register this pan in income tax site
to file the return of income.
kindly resolve this problem.
