14 February 2011 Hi....

My Articleship period is going to end by this Apr-2011. I am facing so much problems from my principal. I dont have any proper work in office but always shunting by my boss eventhough i dont have any material mistakes. He always wishing to insult students in the presence of other students mostly....
I am loosing self confidence only bcoz of him. So want to leave office.

Right now I am in very much need regarding to decide whether to continue or discontinue.....

Please help me..............

14 February 2011 Hey, santosh dont react too fast. As this is decision which will create or break ur future. As the remaining period to be served by you is just 2.5 months, so it would be advisiable that u complete the remaining period. Just adjust with ur boss. And make a blind eye to what all going on with u. I can understand ur situation. But it would be unwise to leave the course at the flag end. Have u passed ur pcc? If yes Then when is ur c.a final?

For clear explination, I mean the words mentioned above to discontionue the articles but not the course.

I have attemptd 4 times and noy yet cleared my pcc till now. The whole reason may not be my boss. But I am sure that He had the substantial participation in that. The main reason is loosing the self confidence.

Till now i am not clear that whose this is the mistake, whether myself or my principal.

14 February 2011 Ok, dear now i got ur point. But as u explained ur side of story. As per that its definetly his fault. But based upon it u cant claim termination. Even ur boss might refuse to transfer u. So complete ur articleship by continuing there itself

I've one more doubt... after completion of my articles whether there is any mandatory requirement to have a certificate from the Auditor. I mean, is there is any chance that My auditor may give positive or negative points in that.

15 February 2011 Dear, after completion of ur articleship period. U need to get ur form108 signed by ur principal c.a. Yes There r points where he has to give a conduct certification. So request him. Nd tell him not to write any adverse comments. But then also his comments doesnt have an effect upon ur future. As that form 108 is submitted to institute. And certificate regarding completion will be given by icai regional headquarters. Chennai, kolkata, mumbai, delhi, kanpur.
