Regarding voluntary MVAT registration for an individual- 1) Is it compulsory to have a Current a/c or Saving a/c will do? 2) For PTEC registration, is Gumasta compulsory>? 3) If he applies in his individual name as name of business, does he need to put rubber stamp of his own name on his documents?
