15 October 2012 We are supplier of irrigation material. When we made sales invoice there are many thinks added in invoice like transport, installation, service Charges etc. Can we charge vat on above services.(Maharashtra)

MVAT is applicable on transportation charges and not on installation and service charges. ST will be attracted on the last two items.....MJK
