29 January 2016 A company ( manufacturer of steel ) wants to sell one of its plant & Machinery. Is it liable to collect & Pay MVAT on sale of Plant & Machinery ? Whether MVAT is applicable on sale of any assets like Plant & Machinery or Furniture etc ??
