Motor car - perquisite valuation

25 July 2010 IF the employee of A company gets car for using the same for official as well as private puroses from B company. Then what is the perquisites value taxable in the hands of employee of A Company. A and B companies are not subsidiary or holding of each other but the same are under the same management. Please advise
