mobile phone of the party is not accounted as asset. but phone bills for the same is claimed. would this be allowed..? also what is the rate of depreciation for mobile phones ?

Yes the Mobile Phone bills will be allowed. suppose if an Employee uses his phone & his exp is reimbursed then also they are charged under the Telephone Expenses.
