To carry on and engage in the business at its own or in association with any Indian or foreign agency, individuals, firm, company or Govt. undertaking either in India or abroad and to act as franchise agent for electronic information technology development, upgradation, manufacturing, processing and up gradation of hardware, software, web-site, web-page, internet, e-mail, online electronic communication systems, data processing, developing, producing, generating, manufacturing and dealing in all types of the computer hard wares, softwares, computer stationery and to run and operate the computer hardware and software training institute for the training of the Computer operations, development, up gradation of softwares, Training of SAP packages, ERP packages, accounting, other packages and programming in India and abroad. To provide consultancy services related to the preparation and maintenance of accounting, statistical or mathematical information and reports, data processing, computer programming and all other related business.
Computer and electronic equipment
To carry on the business of manufacture, import, export, alter, convert, modify, buy, sell, give or take on lease or hire purchase or on deferred credit or on license, service and repair or otherwise deal in any other manner, in electronic appliances and apparatus and systems such as computers, calculators, word processors, printers, type writes, data processing equipment, software and hardware, silicon chips or any other consumer equipment, communication equipment, display devices, printing devices, high frequency apparatus, magnetic components, air borne equipment, generation and servo control equipment, control systems and allied equipment and machines and to conduct center for complete services, peripherals and all other devices and accessories, spare parts, components and all kinds of instruments, apparatus, equipment and gadgets, used for or in connection with any of the aforesaid matters or products and to develop, design and sell or otherwise give on hire computer programmes and to act as computer specialists, counselors, advisors, programmers and to do all and any thing required in connection with manufacture, sell, assembly, integration, arrangement, installation and operating computers, software and hardware, programming, data processing, giving and or taking on hire computer time and in other matters as may be necessary for in relation to the business of computers.
1.To carry on all or any of the following business activities relating to the provisions of Electronic Commerce services to Business Organizations either directly or through collaboration, joint venture, or under licenses and/ or trade agreements. To provide Electronic Commerce Solutions and services but not limited to meet the requirements of the following EDI Services, Integrated Electronic Mail and messaging, Electronic Funds Transfer, Corporate Purchasing services, Electronic Bulletin Boards, Electronic Marketing Services, Electronic Information and Data Base Services, X. 500 Directory Services, voice mail, Data Comm. and other Services using VSAT’s, Audiotex and videotext Services, Video Conferencing, enhanced Fax services, other intercompany network applications such as File transfers, remote login facilities, Protocol conversion services, Workflow and Workgroup services, Providing Messaging based Information Exchanges, Provide mail enabled applications, Design, Build, and manage and information superhighway which includes standardized X.400/ X. 500 and other mail standards Messaging infrastructure with features(as may be available) from time to time) such as, but not limited to High Speed Connectivity, Intercompany Security, Information Integrity, Document management systems, Networking and Information systems, which among others, accommodate business information that combines, Text. Forms, Drawings, Images, Bar Codes, Voice and video in single documents, Internet Services, Data Broadcast Services, Virtual Private network services, ISDN application development and Services, VSAT Services, Multi- media network applications, virtual Reality applications, and also to Provide System Integration Solution and Services including Business Process Re- Engineering, Architectural Consulting, LanDesign/ Installation, WAN Integration, E-Mail Integration, Outsourcing Services, Facilities Management, program Management which include life cycle services from Technical needs Analysis, Solution Design, Application Development, Solution Integration, Solution Deployment, Ongoing Support, Solution Continuation, Computer Technology Integration(CTI) services( Voice and Data) on screen dialing, file transfers, video mail, Fax transmission and reception, Office automation, Software Development.
3. To carry on all or any of the business pertaining to manufacture, processing and trading either directly or through collaboration, joint venture or under licence, trade agreements or as ancillary units for Indian and export markets of components and equipments used in Electronics/ Telecommunications, Industry, Telematic Operations and in allied fields, organizing, participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, advertisements in India and abroad either with exclusive right or otherwise of Telecommunication Industries, Electronic Industries, Engineering Industries, Consumer Industries, Utilities, scientific, educational and allied industries, and also to carry on the business of research and development, design, manufacture, assembly, consultancy, installation, training, planning of electronics, Telecommunication, information technology equipment and related systems, ancillaries, components, modules, sub- assembly and trading, buying and selling and otherwise deal in all kind of electronics, Telecommunication and information technology and such other related systems, and to organize and co-ordinate industrial projects and co-operative research and development projects which are related to electronics, tele- communication technology.
