Daer friends, Please suggest me the main object of private limited company which dealingin manufacturing and trading in Plastic goods and chemicals.
1. To carry on business of plastic recycling and as dealers in plastic raw materials, resins, goods and articles connected with the plastic manufacturing industry.
2. To carry on business of importers, exporters, manufacturers, agents and representatives and dealers in all kinds of plastic raw materials and products.

Main objects of Chemicals and Chemicals Compounds Company 1. To carry on the business of manufacturers of and dealers in chemicals, chemicals compounds (organic and inorganic ) in all forms, and chemical products of any nature and kind whatsoever, and all by-products and joint products thereof:

To carry on business as chemical engineers, analytical chemists, importers, exporters, manufacturers of and dealers in heavy chemicals, acid alkalies, petro chemicals, chemical compounds and chemicals of all kinds ( solid, liquid and gaseous ), drugs, medicines, pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, tannins, tannin extracts, essences, solvents, plastics of all types, dye stuff, intermediates, textile auxillaries, cellophanes, colour dyes, paints, varnishes, vat and other organic dyestuff, chemical auxillaries, disinfectants, insecticides, fungicides, deodarants,bio-chemicals and pharmaceuticals, medicinal, sizing, bleaching, photographical and other preparation and articles.

To carry on the business of manufacturing producing of plastic woven stocks, polyethylene lined gunny bags, linoleums, articles like plastic containers, trays, bags, shopping bags, combs, tooth paste, brushes, bangles, bowels, radio, fittings, furniture appliances for domestic purposes and spray gun handles, electrical items, electrical candles, pumps, valves used for industrial purposes made of and out of with containing or combing poly propylene, alkathetic, PVC molding, powder styrene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, thermosetting and thermoplastic matrial, wax, backellate chemicals of all sorts laminates, plastic polyethylene which are commonly of all sorts laminates, plastic polythlene and plastic goods.

sir, the main objects of company is. manufacturing and trading in plastics products and chemicals.i have made the MOA and filed the Form-1,Form-32,18 but MCA object the clause no 3 of My MOA in which stated Plastic artcles.now i will have to file the Form-67. please suggest me about that i will send MOA and AOA with Form-1 but How?
