Mistake in org name while applying ptrc (mvat)

While applying for PTRC No, we made mistake in the name of organisation, we got Request ID and There is no option for Name Alteration now How do we Proceed?

27 June 2013 you can give the correction request to your PTO.

27 June 2013 Sir mene abhi tak aaplication hi submmitted nahi kiya he in that case where and when will I apply for correction?
