22 June 2008 I have lost my 1st Qtr Salary Return Provisional Receipt. I want issue form 16 for employee, for issue form 16 its require provisionl Receipt No. I donot Know my previous Accountnt where is filed the return. How can i get salary tds return 1st Qtr Provisonal Receipt No
