Kindly fill the details as per PAN details and resubmit the Form. Details of the PAN's are as under: 1. AGIPA9213B(mismatched PAN) 2. AGIPA9213B(mismatched PAN)

This message comes when you make mistake in the spelling of name or in date of birth of person as compared to ITD database (ITD means Income Tax Department)
