PLz 1st check whether the amount shown in Form 16 is net salary and amount shown in 26AS is gross.
If it is the case, then there should be no problem.
However there is mismatched between 16 & 26AS then ask account officer to revise the TDS return.
If he refuse to revise the TDS return, plz do not file the return. As you Know, salaried employee having income less than 5.00 lacs need not required to file income tax return as Form 16 is equivalent to ITR
If you file return without revising tds return, then be ready for notice form income tax department.

you must know what is your gross salary annually, if you don't know, ask your employer he must know that.
Then check whether gross salary is matched with form 16 or 26 AS.
If it is as per form 16, then ask your employer to revise his TDS return. you have to file your return as per your gross salary

It seems there is complete mismatch between 26AS and Form 16 as the TDS amount is different in 26As and Form 16. So ask the AO to rectify the same by issuing new form 16 or revising 26AS.
If he refuse to rectify the mistake, as your refund amount is not substantial and there is not compulsory to file return of income for person having income for salary below 5.00 lacs, so why don’t you let refund go without filling ITR.
