21 May 2010 My DOI of company is 31-12-2007
for March 2009 i have prepared the balance sheet and submitted it in the it department but not in the roc department as no need was there

But my first agm was on 31-05-2009 and subsequently i deposited the return for the period 31-12-2007 to 31-03-2009 to both at roc and income tax

my query is that do we have to incorporate in minutes the annual reports that we have prepared only for submitting to income tax for march 2008



21 May 2010 No. It is not essentially required. However, as a good board practice, it may be minutised.
