If the meeting is called for with an agenda of opening of bank account, the minutes will be like this : Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of XXX pvt ltd held at the registered office at Hyderabad on 26.02.2016 at 11.00 am: 1. The meeting is chaired by Mr. A , the chairman. 2. The secretary ( or Mr B) has read out the minutes of the earlier meeting and the chairman has signed the minutes in taken of taking them on record. 3.The agenda of the meeting is: Opening of Bank account. 4. The chairman informed the members that the company has to open a bank account in a scheduled bank. As the Branch of BB Bank s nearby, the company may open a current account at BB Bank. The matter has been discussed and the members have passed the following resolution unanimously: " RESOLVED THAT a current account shall be opened at BB Bank, NN Branch in the name of the company which shall be operated JOINTLY by Mr 1 and Mr.2 Directors. so........"
4. As there is no other business to transact, the meeting ended with a thanks to the chair.
