whether it is Rs.350/- only or Rs.350/- as OTA and Rs.148/- towards wages?

Wages of employees who work for less than normal working day-
If an employee works on any day for less than the normal hours of work, he shall be entitled to receive wages for a full normal working day. Provided however, that he shall not be entitled to receive wages for a full working day, in any case where his failure to work is caused by his unwillingness to work and not by the omission of the employer to provide him the work
