my query is that will the stiend for the no. of days of leave taken will be deducted from the minimum stipend fixed by ICAI.if the stipend is 1000/- only , & 10 days leave. thanks

07 June 2014 yes for leaves there can be deduction of stipend.

some firms have a practice to pay stipend even in study leave

some will pay full stipend as u get in working and some will pay minimum stipend as per icai rules
