Mininmum Auhorised Capital required to get "India "in the company is Rs. 5 Lakhs. Is the minimum capital of Rs. 5 Lakhs applicable in case of the word "Indian" also ?
It is necessary to use the word Indian also requires a minimum capital of Rs.5 lakhs but only with or without bracket and not as first word of the company.
