10 July 2011 I have to form a new private limited company manufacturing and processing mineral water into Bottles and sachets. Can I give the word "MANUFACTURING" in the Object clause? If not then what is the appropriate word?

10 July 2011 packed water comes under "manufacture" under central excise and VAT, MRP rules are also applicable.
