13 November 2014 Sir, Can you tell me what Should i mention in the column of "Date
of dispatch of notice for passing of Resolution" & "Date of passing
of Resolution" in case First Resolution Passed on 25th July
Second Resolution Passed on 10th Aug Please Clarify if Possible

1)No. of resolutions for which form is filed 2

2)atleast 7 days notice should be given for board meeting
