08 December 2014 Is it Mandatory to file MGT 14 in the first board meeting if the directors(Including Relatives) has no share holding in other companies??

Resolutions passed ¡n pursuance of exercise of powers of Board of Directors

Section 179(3) will automatically get selected

Attach the board resolution for noting of director interest
