Plz solve my problem I am confused about MGT 14 and INC 21

is both forms will compulsorily filled by every company under section 180(1) and 184(1)

It is urgent

10 June 2014 Only Form MGT 14 needs to be filed in respect to the resolutions u/s 180 and 184.

INC 21 is for declaration before exercising borrowing powers. It is in no way connected to filing of resolutions u/s 180 and 184 of the CA, 2013.

11 June 2014 Can I attach resolution of board meeting and resolution of general meeting in single MGT 14 or

file through separate form for every resolution
