Sir can different method of depreciation(SLM & WDV) can be followed at different unit of the same enterprise

No, that should not be done....

Sir but depreciation method used should reflect the pattern in which the asset's economic benefits are consumed by the entity and different asset may show different pattern of consumption.

use SLM or WDV....
for some assets....SLM and for some assets WDV is NOT possible.
for some assets....SLM and for some assets WDV is NOT possible.
