17 September 2008 a merger took placed w.e.f. 1-apr-2006.

the order of High Court is passed on 17-dec-2007 for effecting such merger.

i want to know that in which name books should be maintained during 1-apr-2006 to 17-dec-2007???

17 September 2008 The books would have already been maitained in the old name as the order would have come only after 17th Dec 2007.
