Recently i have got qualified, i just want to know how i have to apply to CA membership but not to practice, what are the other records i have to send with form 2.

Yes, You have to submit the GMCS Certificate and your degrees other than CA.
Remember that you should fill the annaxure to Form 2 Where it shows that how your name should be entered in the Register( Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Mothers Name). I mean your Mothers name will be added to your name (if the same is there in B.cOM Degree)if you dont specify.
Same was happened with me because i had downloaded the form instead of filing the Physical form available with the WIRC. In the downloaded form that annexure was missing and i was unaware of such annaxure. Congrate & Best of Luck for your Future.
