If person has been paid 2years premium of Medical for Rs.22000/- on 22-03-2015 can he take benefit in Section 80D of Rs.7000/- for F.Y.2014-2015 & Rs.15000 for F.Y.2015-2016.

Dear The person can not claim deduction of Rs. 15000/- in FY 2015-2016. As deduction can be claimed only in the FY in which the payment is made.
