Whether Medical facility other than Reimbursement up to Rs. 15000/- i.e. ( in emplyer's hospital or any other hospital u/scheme CGHS attracts penalty?????

can U plz tell me the fixed allowance exempt u/s 10(14) is also exempt from FBT, including Transport Allowance.
