Medical Allowance & Facility

Can anybody tell me that our company has given medical allowance to our employees. this allownace is taxable in their hands. But if they provide us medical bills of Rs. 15000/- at the end of year. can we consider it for giving exemption of 15000/- in calculation of income tax.

yes. it should be considered and exemption given ypto the amount of bills subject to maximum of Rx. 15000

if you are giving Fixed medical allowance is fully taxable, only Medical reimbursment against Bills up to Rs.15000/- exemption per year
