09 April 2012 I am working in a media production house, which is producing programs for TV channels.

We are producing various programs and selling it for a TV channel.

Whether we are liable to collect Service Tax/Sales Tax/Central Excise.

Pls help me as early as possible

So, i think service tax is not applicable
