27 December 2016 under this section, there is a provision that every company shall hold 4 meetings of BOD every year. here year means what?? calendar year or financial year

03 January 2017 Companies Act, 2013 does not specify whether it is calendar year or financial year. However Secretarial Standards -1 has clarified that it should be four meeting in a calendar year (Clause 2.2 of SS-1).
