meaning of clearance of 1.5 crores for availing excise exemp

14 February 2011 Respected Sir/Mam,

We are availing Excise Exemption under notification 08/2003 ( SSI unit)upto 1.5 crore of Clearance.

I want To know that. Is CST is includible for calculation of 1.5 crores of Sales, or basic amount will taken? Please Guide me.
