I have a doubt regarding MCA website.

Does the MCA site Data base contain all the companies registered from 1956 to till date.

Can any one explain how to check the genuineness of companies existence as an outsider of company

31 May 2014 Yes the MAC website contains details of all the Companies.

You can search Company Master Data from below link--

You can also search based on old company name and inactive CIN and other criteria from below link---
