Matter with regard to director

My client is acting as a whole time director in a private company. Also he also serves as a director in another private company. He is receiving remuneration from both the companies. Whether he attracts disqualification?

No. The remuneration and terms and conditions of appointment of a managing director, whole-time director or manager of a private company need not be subject to: The provisions of section 197 & Schedule V
