good afternoon sir,
we hired a bus owner for our staff. than sir it will covered under section 194c. but sir i did not deduct tds from his amount.than sir in this case will i deduct tds from his previous amount april to august.and deposit tds from april to august "2012 and sir revise my tds return. can i do this

If you are covered u/s 194 c and made payment of rent exceeds 75000 in a year than only liability to deduct tax arises.
