03 September 2010 plz anyone tell me i m a salaryclass person & i will fill my return on 31 july.now sir plz tell me if i want to refund .than sir in which form i can claim.supoose my income not more than 1.60 lakh

03 September 2010 Yes. As a salary income- you need to file ITR-1, Refund can be claimed the actual tax paid is excess of actual tax liabilty
