good morning sir, can you tell me panelty of excise return late.supoose my excise return for the second querter & i am late to deposit (they are given below)
1.15 days - 15-30 days - & after that plz sir reply

Dear Mr. Rajeev, I would like to inform you that you have to pay panelty if you do late desposit of Excise duty. In case of late return, Department may issue you a notice. Above all it is depend on department. With thanks R.
