sir, we are a manufacturing concern and used to send finished goods. one of our customer reject our material and returned to us. my question is that how we show this entry in our excise book and also in er-1 when filling e- return

No need to show this entry in excise return. You can take the cenvat credit on rejected material as an input. After the reprocessing of goods you can sale the goods after payment of duty.
