24 April 2010 X Ltd company situates in SEZ, TEchnopark, Trivandrum, will MAT (u/s 115JB) apply to it?

answer also,whether unabsorbed depreciation mentioned u/s 115jb is income tax depreciation or depreciation as per companies Act?
