hello friends, we are a pvt ltd company and we have an agreement with another pvt ltd company saying we will provide them drivers where ever when ever required and they pay us an amount X which included basic, HRA,Pf Esic and service charge , here their is a A amount which goes directly to the driver and amount B are the contributions towards Pf Esic bonus uniform and all, my query is service tax is applicable on which amount, total amount or jus service charge which other words is our commission please help me with this
