My Query is - If there is 2 Managing Director in a Company ...Is it become Mandatory for the Co. to mention whether MD is finance MD, Administrative MD etc...on BSE website or in Annual report? is there any violation if the Co. doesnt mention?
Managing director is a designation and position governed by the Companies Act, 1956. MD Finance and MD Administrative is different designation and is not governed by the Companies Act, 1956.
If above both are appointed as per the Companies Act, 1956, then you will give the details on BSE website or in Annual Report.
