Please give me full Exemption Details under Management Consultancy Services?? Is a Company liable to pay Service if Service provided to Individual's, under Management Consultancy Service??? Please Suggest me ??

This services provided by any person or business entity to any person upto 10 lakhs exempt from service tax. After the turnover of 10 lakhs you need to pay service tax.
