06 March 2011 I am very much stressed...
i hav my exams this may...not able to study and even dont feel like doing any other activity to feel fresh so dat i get out of exams preparation stress....please suggest me something....what should i do...?????
I actually cant understand whats going on with me...i m not even exactly having any fear kind of thing..
Please help me out..

06 March 2011 Do meditation and yoga which makes ur mind full fresh and concentration..
