Mail of department to fill form b

I have migrated to GST from VAT and my status shows "Active" but I find a mail from department about filling form B of Reg 26 . I check my active ID but there is no such form. How I solve this problem ?

REG-26 is Pretty verification form. it's clear by Circle officer after one verification....
