mr a& b entered into agreement of conducting the bar&restaurant they have not made p/deed with each other but jointly started the business of bar&restaurant under mah vat tax act vat registration no can be alloted to aop (association of person)

VAT Department doesnot allow AOP registrations. In your case, either register it as partnership or directly take VAT registration in one of the partners name.
